Real Estate Associate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Conduct home showings

• Organize open houses

• Participate in property inspections

• Establish your own hours and manage your workload

• Collaborate with clients on your own schedule

• Assist customers without the necessity of closing transactions

• Address customer inquiries, particularly on weekends

• Complete a video screening and follow-up with a recruiter during the application process

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid real estate license in the state of employment

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to acquire them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Successful completion of a background screening in accordance with applicable law
