• Showcase properties to potential buyers

• Conduct open house events

• Participate in property inspections

• Establish your own schedule and manage your workload

• Collaborate with clients at your convenience

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits

• Provide service to customers, especially during weekends

• Work in a pressure-free environment without sales quotas, contracts, or closings

• Complete a brief application and video interview if selected

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a real estate license in the state of employment

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Have a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be prepared to acquire them

• Willingness to join the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Realtor Association

• Dependable means of transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Successful completion of a background check in accordance with applicable laws
