Real Estate Associate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Conduct home showings, host open houses, and participate in property inspections.

• Determine your own working hours and manage your workload.

• Operate in a non-pressured sales environment without contracts or closing requirements.

• Work from various locations without needing to visit an office.

• Complete a video screening after your application is submitted, provided you meet the minimum qualifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a real estate license in the state where you will be operating.

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Have a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be willing to acquire them.

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within your designated market.

• Background screening is mandatory.

• Status as an independent contractor (1099).
