This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Showcase properties to potential buyers

• Organize and conduct open house events

• Participate in property inspections

• Collaborate with clients on a flexible schedule

• Manage your own workload effectively

• Provide services to clients, particularly on weekends

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits

• Complete field assignments for a flat-rate compensation

• Submit a brief application and take part in a video screening if selected

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state of employment

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable mode of transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market area

• Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws

• Independent contractor (1099) classification
