• Showcase properties, conduct open houses, and participate in inspections.

• Possession of a real estate license in the state of employment.

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the readiness to acquire them.

• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Dependable transportation and ability to travel within your designated market.

• Background screening in accordance with applicable laws.
