• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or a readiness to acquire them.

• Commitment to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Dependable transportation.

• Capability to travel within your market area.

• Availability to work with clients, especially on weekends.

• Successful background check in accordance with applicable laws.
