⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state of employment

• Commitment to exclusively associate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or readiness to acquire them

• Willingness to become a member of the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation is essential

• Capability to travel within your designated market area

• Completion of a background screening is mandatory
