Real Estate Associate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct home showings

• Organize open house events

• Participate in property inspections

• Have the flexibility to set your own hours and manage your workload

• Engage with clients, particularly during weekends

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits

• Complete applications and, if selected, participate in a video screening

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state of employment

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or readiness to obtain them

• Willingness to enroll in the local MLS and Realtor Association

• A dependable mode of transportation and capability to travel within your market

• Background check is mandatory

• Independent contractor (1099) status
