This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Present homes to potential buyers

• Organize and conduct open houses

• Participate in property inspections

• Set your own schedule and manage your workload

• Work with clients at your convenience

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits

• Receive a flat-rate compensation for each field event, regardless of transaction closures

• Complete an application and participate in a video screening if you meet the minimum qualifications

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state of employment

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or a willingness to acquire them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Successful completion of a background check in accordance with applicable laws
