• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you intend to work.

• Commitment to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to acquire them.

• Eagerness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Reliable transportation and the capacity to travel within your designated market.

• Background screening is mandatory.

• Status as an independent contractor (1099).
