• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will be working

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to obtain them

• Openness to joining the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Reliable transportation

• Capability to travel throughout your designated market

• Background screening is mandatory
