• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will operate

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or a willingness to obtain them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Reliable transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Background screening is mandatory
