Real Estate Associate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Present properties, conduct open houses, and participate in inspections.

• Collaborate with clients on a flexible schedule.

• Determine your own working hours and manage your workload.

• Assist clients, particularly on weekends.

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits.

• Execute field events for clients without the pressure of sales, contracts, or closings.

• Submit an application and engage in a video screening if you meet the minimum qualifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will operate.

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Availability of a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to acquire them.

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Reliable transportation.

• Capability to travel within your designated market area.

• Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor.
