• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or a willingness to acquire them.

• A readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• A dependable mode of transportation.

• Capability to travel within your designated market.

• Must successfully complete a background screening in accordance with applicable laws.
