Real Estate Associate Agent – 1099

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

• Showcase properties, host open houses, and participate in inspections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will be working.

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to obtain them.

• Openness to joining the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• A reliable mode of transportation and the capability to travel within your market.

• Background screening is mandatory.

• Status as an independent contractor (1099).
