Real Estate Associate Agent – 1099

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Showcase properties and conduct open house events

• Participate in property inspections

• Collaborate with clients according to your own timetable

• Determine your own working hours and manage your workload

• Become a part of Redfin as an independent contractor without handling transaction closings

• Complete a video screening and recruitment process when positions are available

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a real estate license in the state where you will be operating

• Willing to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Must have a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be willing to acquire them

• Prepared to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Have a dependable mode of transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Must operate as an independent contractor

• Background screening is required
