This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

• Conduct home showings, organize open houses, and participate in property inspections.

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits.

• Complete an application and take part in a video interview if you meet the minimum qualifications.

• Affiliate your real estate license solely with Redfin.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a real estate license in the state where you will be working.

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• A smartphone, laptop, and GPS device, or the readiness to acquire them.

• Willingness to join the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Realtor Association.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within your designated market.

• Background screening is mandatory.

• Status as an independent contractor (1099).
