Real Estate Associate Agent – 1099

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Conduct home showings

• Organize open house events

• Participate in property inspections

• Collaborate with clients according to your availability

• Offer real estate field-event services without finalizing transactions

• Operate remotely in the field and travel within the local area

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state of employment

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to procure them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable mode of transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Successful completion of background screening in accordance with applicable laws

• Status as an independent contractor (1099)
