Real Estate Appraiser – Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties both internally and externally.

• Complete five pre-arranged daily routes with around 40 appointments weekly.

• Evaluate and record the structural and technical conditions of properties.

• Measure and calculate living spaces.

• Document the current stages of construction and any maintenance activities.

• Maintain consistent digital communication with team members regarding ongoing topics.

• Utilize route plans that are organized and scheduled by the service team.

• A strong passion for real estate along with initial experience in the industry, or a genuine interest in this sector.

• Preferably, prior experience in calculating living areas and taking measurements.

• Communicative, dependable, and self-driven.

• A precise, diligent, and responsible work ethic.

• Professional, service-oriented, and approachable attitude.

• Proficient in using Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.

• Valid Category B driver's license and some driving experience.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German.
