Real Estate Appraiser – Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Perform internal and external assessments of residential, commercial, and specialized properties.

• Complete five pre-scheduled daily routes with around 40 appointments weekly across the national service network.

• Evaluate and record the structural and technical condition of properties.

• Measure and calculate living spaces.

• Document ongoing construction progress and any maintenance activities.

• Engage in regular digital communications with team members regarding current topics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A passion for real estate, prior experience in the real estate sector, or a strong interest in the field.

• Ideally, experience in measuring living areas and taking accurate measurements.

• Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

• An accurate, conscientious, and responsible attitude towards work.

• Well-groomed, customer-oriented, and friendly demeanor.

• Proficient in Office applications, including Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.

• A Class B driver’s license and some driving experience.

• Excellent written and spoken German skills.
