Real Estate Appraiser, Field-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Perform internal and external evaluations of residential, commercial, and specialized properties.

• Complete five pre-scheduled daily routes with approximately 40 appointments each week.

• Evaluate and record the structural and technical status of properties.

• Measure and calculate living spaces.

• Document the current construction phase and any maintenance actions taken.

• Engage in regular digital communications with team members on relevant topics.

• Concentrate on primary duties through coordinated route planning and scheduling by the service team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A keen interest in real estate, with some experience in the sector, or a strong passion for this field.

• Preferably, familiarity with living-area measurements and floor plans.

• Strong communication skills, reliability, and self-motivation.

• Precise, diligent, and responsible work ethic.

• Professional, service-oriented, and approachable attitude.

• Proficient in Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.

• Valid Category B driver’s license and some driving experience.

• Excellent written and spoken German skills.

• Career stage: No prior professional experience necessary.
