• Possess a real estate license in the state where you will be working.

• Willingness to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the readiness to acquire them.

• Commitment to joining the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within your designated market.

• Successful completion of a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
