This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Quickly respond to high-intent inbound leads from Zillow.

• Establish trust and foster long-term relationships with clients.

• Assist buyers and sellers throughout all phases of their transactions.

• Conduct home showings, buyer consultations, and offer presentations.

• Aid clients in making informed choices within a competitive market.

• Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts effectively.

• Utilize Navigate's systems, CRM, and technology for organization.

• Monitor conversations and follow up to convert leads into successful closings.

• Leverage marketing strategies, branding, and tools to expand the database and referral network.

• Keep abreast of market trends, contracts, and fair housing regulations.

• Engage in continuous training, coaching, and accountability.

• Valid Real Estate License (Mandatory).

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Confidence or eagerness to enhance skills in negotiation and presentation.

• Highly organized and attentive to detail.

• Proficient with technology, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

• Aspiration to develop a long-term, sustainable real estate career.

• Experience in marketing, social media, real estate law, fair housing, or property management is advantageous but not mandatory.
