• Assist clients in discovering their ideal home

• Handle and engage with hundreds of motivated buyers and sellers each month

• Implement effective systems to expedite client contracts

• Develop a robust and impressive portfolio of business

• Oversee buyer and seller relationships throughout the real estate transaction

• Utilize CRM, e-signature, document management, and marketing platforms

• Engage in weekly in-person and virtual training sessions

• Collaborate with leadership through coaching, mentorship, accountability, and practical guidance

• Cultivate a sustainable real estate business while exploring leadership roles

• Possession of an active Real Estate License is mandatory

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Proficient in utilizing technology, CRM systems, and social media platforms

• Open to coaching, driven, and ambitious to achieve success

• Aspiration to develop a long-lasting, sustainable real estate career

• Both new and seasoned agents are encouraged to apply

• Background in marketing, social media, real estate law, fair housing, or property management is advantageous but not essential

• Traits such as integrity, adaptability, initiative, determination, responsiveness, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills are crucial
