• Assist in generating the next commission by leveraging brokerage support and available resources.

• Utilize Lofty CRM, IDX website, AI-driven CRM tools, prospecting automation, a triple-line dialer, and skip-traced prospecting data.

• Seek out opportunities with buyers and sellers.

• Engage in coaching and training sessions.

• Implement scripts and conversion assistance.

• Must be a licensed real estate agent; new agents are encouraged to apply.

• Experienced agents are offered assistance in managing their own business.

• Compensation is commission-based.

• Actual earnings depend on production levels and performance.
