Real Estate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist agents in generating their next commission instead of merely taking a share of the previous one.

• Offer CRM, IDX website, AI-enhanced CRM tools, prospecting automation, dialer, and skip-traced prospecting data.

• Present buyer and seller opportunities.

• Deliver coaching, training, scripts, and conversion assistance.

• Supply business cards, signs, and lockboxes.

• Provide office and leadership support.

• Aid newer agents in mastering the activities and systems that foster business growth post-real estate school.

• Assist agents in assessing what strategies are effective, what are not, and areas for brokerage improvement.

• Real estate agents; newcomers are encouraged to apply.

• Experienced agents are also welcome.

• Capability to operate based on production and performance for commission-based compensation.
