Real Estate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist agents in generating future commission prospects

• Offer CRM, IDX website, AI-driven CRM tools, prospecting automation, dialer, and skip-traced prospecting information

• Present opportunities for buyers and sellers

• Deliver coaching, training, scripts, and support for conversion

• Provide business cards, signage, and lockboxes

• Extend office and leadership assistance

• Guide new agents in learning the activities and systems that foster business growth post real estate school

• Support agents while granting seasoned agents the freedom to manage their businesses

⛳️ Requirements

• A real estate agent/real estate license is a prerequisite for this role and its associated descriptions

• Both experienced and new agents are encouraged to apply

• Capability to establish a real estate business grounded in production and performance
