• Develop and expand a real estate venture with Crown Homes Real Estate.

• Support buyers and sellers in navigating real estate opportunities.

• Utilize AI-enhanced CRM tools and Crown Connect for automated prospecting.

• Engage in prospecting utilizing skip-traced FSBO, expired, probate, and absentee-owner data.

• Employ the Lofty CRM, tailored IDX website, prospecting technology, and triple-line dialer.

• Take advantage of training, coaching, scripts, and leadership assistance.

• This is a commission-based real estate opportunity; it is not a salaried position.

• Actual earnings are contingent upon production levels.
