This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

• Assist agents in generating their next commission through comprehensive brokerage support.

• Offer a suite of tools including CRM, IDX website, AI-driven CRM capabilities, prospecting automation, dialer, and prospecting data.

• Present opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

• Deliver coaching, training, scripts, and assistance with conversion strategies.

• Supply essential materials such as business cards, signs, and lockboxes.

• Provide support at the office and leadership levels.

• Aid new agents in understanding activities and systems that foster business development after completing real estate school.

• Must be a licensed real estate agent; newcomers are encouraged to apply.

• Compensation is based on commission.

• Actual earnings are contingent upon individual production and performance levels.
