📋 Description

• Develop and expand a real estate business as an independent agent operating on a commission basis

• Leverage buyer and seller leads to create business opportunities

• Utilize AI-driven CRM tools and Crown Connect for automated prospecting

• Target skip-traced FSBOs, expired listings, probate properties, and absentee-owner data

• Access provided CRM, IDX website, dialer, business cards, signs, and lockboxes

• Engage in training, coaching, scripts, and leadership support
