Real Estate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Assist agents in generating their next commission by utilizing technology, leads, prospecting tools, training, and support.

• Supply CRM, IDX website, AI-enhanced CRM tools, prospecting automation, dialer, and skip-traced prospecting data.

• Present buyer and seller opportunities.

• Provide coaching, training, scripts, and conversion assistance.

• Supply business cards, signs, and lockboxes.

• Offer office and leadership support.

• Aid newer agents in mastering activities and systems that foster business development after completing real estate school.

• Support seasoned agents while allowing them to manage their own businesses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a real estate agent; newer agents are encouraged to apply.

• Compensation is commission-based.

• Earnings are dependent on production and performance levels.
