This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist agents in generating future commission opportunities

• Offer CRM, IDX website, AI-enhanced CRM tools, prospecting automation, dialer, and prospecting data

• Provide opportunities for both buyers and sellers

• Deliver coaching, training, scripts, and support for conversions

• Supply business cards, signs, and lockboxes

• Offer office and leadership assistance

• Aid new agents in mastering business-generating activities and systems following real estate school

• Support seasoned agents while granting them the autonomy to manage their own business

• Real estate agents, both experienced and new

• Capability to operate within a commission-based compensation structure

• Actual earnings are dependent on production and performance
