This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret operational, financial, and reimbursement data for the RCM division.
• Create both recurring and one-time reports to assist leadership in decision-making processes.
• Detect trends, root causes, and opportunities for process enhancements related to denials, appeals, reimbursement, and productivity.
• Generate reports and visual summaries illustrating trends and project results.
• Facilitate process improvements aimed at reducing denials, enhancing cash collections, boosting productivity, and optimizing reimbursement.
• Aid in the planning, execution, and monitoring of RCM initiatives and operational enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with RCM stakeholders to track progress and achieve project milestones.
• Assess and report on project performance and outcomes.
• Assist in documenting business requirements, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to establish reporting requirements and performance metrics.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all reporting tools.
• Partner with technical teams and data owners to enhance reporting automation and data accessibility.
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A combination of education and relevant experience may also be considered.
• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, business analysis, or data analytics.
• Preferred experience in healthcare reimbursement, claims, denials, appeals, billing, or accounts receivable processes.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to convert data into actionable business insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with a talent for managing multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
• Ability to establish relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, and the ability to utilize them for improved productivity, data analysis, reporting, workflow efficiency, and operational decision-making.
• Access to reliable high-speed internet.
• Proficient in communicating effectively via phone and video conferencing.
• Capability to sit for extended periods, use hands and fingers repetitively, read computer screens and documents, and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
