RCM Implementation Consultant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in customer onboarding and implementation efforts.

• Set up billing rules, payer configurations, and claim workflows.

• Collaborate with customers to analyze current workflows and suggest system setups.

• Diagnose and address standard system and process issues, while escalating complex problems.

• Support claim validation and identify rejections, denials, and processing errors.

• Record implementation activities, workflows, decisions, and system setups.

• Maintain communication with customers, project stakeholders, and internal teams during implementations.

• Track implementation milestones and aid in project deliverables.

• Discover opportunities to enhance implementation processes, optimize workflows, and improve customer satisfaction.

• Leverage technology, analytics, automation, and AI-driven tools to boost efficiency and refine implementation outcomes.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements in healthcare technology, and best practices in revenue cycle management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Background in system implementation, revenue cycle management (RCM), or healthcare operations.

• Knowledge of revenue cycle workflows and processes.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proven aptitude for rapidly learning new technologies, systems, and processes.

• Strong critical thinking capabilities.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision in system configuration, validation, and documentation.

• Established problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in recognizing opportunities for process optimization and operational effectiveness.

• Interest in technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing systems, tools, and business requirements.
