RCM Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Assist in customer onboarding and implementation processes for Ensora solutions

• Set up billing rules, payer configurations, and claim workflows

• Collaborate with customers to comprehend existing workflows and suggest system configurations

• Diagnose and resolve standard system and process issues, escalating more complex challenges as necessary

• Aid in claim validation while identifying rejections, denials, and processing errors

• Record implementation activities, workflows, decisions, and system configurations

• Maintain communication with customers, project stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the implementation phases

• Oversee implementation milestones and facilitate project deliverables

• Recognize opportunities to enhance implementation processes and customer experiences

• Leverage technology, analytics, automation, and AI-driven tools to boost efficiency and optimize implementation outcomes

• Keep abreast of advancements in healthcare technology, industry trends, and best practices in revenue cycle management

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with system implementation, revenue cycle management (RCM), or healthcare operations

• Knowledge of revenue cycle workflows and processes

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
