Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple simultaneous projects that implement Smartsheet across diverse client sectors and applications

• Partner with client stakeholders to manage timelines, oversee project scope, and address change requests

• Create, showcase, and develop Smartsheet solutions tailored to both new and existing customer requirements

• Cultivate and uphold extensive technical expertise in Smartsheet, including its premium offerings

• Discover opportunities for product and service expansion within the user bases of clients

• Provide guidance to customers on best practices and capabilities of the Smartsheet platform at a large scale

• Achieve or surpass key performance indicators aligned with the role

• Fulfill additional assigned responsibilities

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in client-facing positions handling multiple clients at once

• Excellent time management abilities

• Capable of reacting promptly, solving issues, and gathering pertinent information

• Proven experience in managing client expectations and resolving scope-related conflicts

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent mix of relevant professional experience and education (minimum of 2 years)

• Practical experience in configuring, customizing, and deploying SaaS applications

• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency outcomes

• Skills in project management, including timeline oversight, scope management, and execution of projects

• Strong communication skills with the capability to clarify technical concepts to non-technical users

• Experience in problem-solving and risk management

• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10%, as dictated by client and business requirements

• Highly motivated and resourceful team player
