Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Set up, oversee, and tailor the patient care infrastructure systems of clients following hardware or software acquisitions.

• Work in conjunction with Sales, Project Management, Network Design, Digital Services, customer IT, and biomedical teams.

• Evaluate and improve existing infrastructure in preparation for new solution implementations.

• Execute installation, validation, and connectivity tasks on designated equipment.

• Foster customer relationships and handle communications, follow-ups, issue resolution, and satisfaction initiatives.

• Collaborate with IT and biomedical teams on installation prerequisites and cybersecurity issues.

• Guide and mentor local field engineers regarding installed solutions.

• Keep records of customer service logs, internal service documentation, technical project outlines, technical walkthroughs, and post-warranty discussions with customers.

• Oversee vendor services as required.

• Educate staff on equipment operation, diagnostics, effective usage, and repair processes.

• Assist in the engineering of new product releases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• More than 4 years of experience in installing and configuring networking equipment.

• At least 1 year of proven leadership experience.

• Proven track record in communicating and resolving issues related to enterprise networking infrastructure.

• Experience in implementing disaster recovery strategies.

• Up-to-date knowledge of security and networking best practices.

• Awareness of cybersecurity vulnerabilities.

• Willingness to travel at least 90% of the time.

• CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or CCWA certification is preferred.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
