Rate Maintenance Specialist, Freight Audit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Perform in-depth analyses of transportation expenses to enhance global freight management strategies.

• Establish freight agreements and ensure comprehensive, precise rate maintenance records within the database system.

• Engage directly with customers to promptly address freight rate concerns and discrepancies.

• Collaborate closely with various internal teams on inquiries and processes related to transportation agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a minimum level of B2 to C1 (upper-intermediate), coupled with exceptional communication skills and the capacity to adapt to diverse cultures.

• Strong analytical abilities and advanced skills in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy while executing complex tasks under tight deadlines.

• A proactive mindset towards problem-solving and the capability to learn swiftly.

• Prior experience utilizing JIRA or similar task management systems would be advantageous.
