Defined Contribution Customer Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls while delivering financial education.

• Address intricate inquiries regarding investment and payment options for plan participants.

• Provide advice on suitable tools and services.

• Share information and direction about plan distributions, loans, investment selections, and specific plan regulations.

• Operate autonomously to identify and investigate issues, devising effective solutions.

• Execute transactional support for plan participants.

• Offer advice on both qualified and non-qualified retirement plan benefits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a FINRA SIE Certification and be capable of obtaining a FINRA Series 6 License and 63 License within six months of employment.

• Exhibit experience with Defined Contribution or Qualified Plans.

• Background in customer service and/or financial services is essential.

• Possess analytical abilities for effective problem-solving and troubleshooting basic technical issues.

• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and personal responsibility.

• Capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment with seasonal peaks in volume.

• Employ conceptual thinking to recognize patterns, apply concepts, and clarify complex information.

• Show sustained confidence and resilience during challenging interactions.

• Ability to ask relevant probing questions to evaluate customer needs.

• Utilize data to influence and guide customers objectively.

• Demonstrate active listening skills to comprehend both expressed and unexpressed customer needs.

• Must possess work authorization in the United States that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship.
