This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance customer engagement and drive sales performance through effective face-to-face interactions within Hemophilia Treatment Centers, healthcare professionals, multidisciplinary HTC care teams, and community hospitals.
• Establish robust, compliant relationships with hematologists, HTCs, and multidisciplinary care teams across designated accounts.
• Communicate approved promotional and disease-state messaging to encourage appropriate use of Hemophilia products.
• Utilize knowledge of products, diseases, and market trends to uncover opportunities, prioritize accounts, and promote suitable treatment options.
• Aid patient access by offering information on prior authorization requirements, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources when applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet customer needs, eliminate access barriers, and further Hemophilia business objectives.
• Employ digital tools and insights to strategize, execute, and enhance activities within the Hemophilia territory.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory, including Atlanta, Savannah, Augusta, and the Florida Panhandle, with necessary overnight stays.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; marketing in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices; or relevant healthcare provider experience in a specific therapeutic area.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• Capability to reside within a feasible distance to all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S. with any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in specialty sales, ideally in Hemophilia.
• Preferred: Strong comprehension of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
• Preferred: Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Preferred: Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making skills, and strategic thinking.
• Preferred: Proficient in digital engagement tools, such as Veeva Engage and Zoom, and comfortable with hybrid selling models.
