This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance customer engagement and drive sales effectiveness through meaningful in-person interactions at Hemophilia Treatment Centers, healthcare professionals (HCPs), multidisciplinary HTC care teams, and community hospitals.
• Establish compliant relationships with hematologists, HTCs, and multidisciplinary care teams across designated accounts.
• Communicate approved promotional and disease-state information to facilitate appropriate use of Hemophilia products.
• Leverage product, disease, and market insights to uncover opportunities, prioritize accounts, and promote suitable treatment options.
• Assist with patient access by providing details on prior authorization processes, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs, eliminate access challenges, and further Hemophilia business goals.
• Utilize digital tools and insights to strategize, implement, and refine Hemophilia territory activities.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory, including areas such as Atlanta, Savannah, Augusta, and the Florida Panhandle; overnight travel may be necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with over 8 years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with more than 10 years of work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or related therapeutic-specific healthcare provider roles.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving offenses within the last 7 years will make you ineligible for hire.
• Must be able to live within a reasonable distance from all business locations in the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not currently available nor will it be in the future.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in Hemophilia.
• Preferred: Strong knowledge of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
• Preferred: Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and influential accounts.
• Preferred: Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making abilities, and strategic thinking skills.
• Preferred: Strong digital engagement skills, including familiarity with Veeva Engage and Zoom, and comfort with hybrid selling models.
