This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Communicate essential radiology results and urgent findings to hospitals, referring physicians, and clinical care teams in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Organize, prioritize, and manage incoming diagnostic exams based on their clinical urgency.
• Conduct basic IT and software troubleshooting within the radiology platform.
• Oversee communication channels, incoming calls, and system alerts to ensure rapid responses.
• Maintain accurate, real-time records of communications, exam updates, and operational activities.
• Adhere to established SOPs within a 24/7 operational environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with patient privacy standards.
• Act as a liaison between radiologists, hospital personnel, and clinical teams.
• Previous experience in healthcare operations, radiology coordination, or medical administration is highly preferred.
• Experience working with US-based healthcare providers or clinics is a considerable advantage.
• Strong, practical understanding of medical and radiologic terminology.
• Proficient in basic IT troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to learn complex healthcare software systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to clearly and professionally convey urgent clinical information.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
