This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more country.
• Oversee the incorporation of various company types, including private limited companies, sole proprietorships, and partnerships.
• Handle the transfer of corporate secretarial appointments for existing businesses.
• Prepare statutory documents, such as Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), and Board Resolutions.
• Maintain minute books, statutory registers, and internal databases accurately.
• Track and manage statutory deadlines for assigned clients effectively.
• Facilitate the incorporation process, annual returns, and corporate changes for Hong Kong companies, ensuring compliance with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.
• Guarantee adherence to corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Offer guidance and support to clients while building long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with various internal teams across functions.
• Perform corporate or ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed by management.
• Report directly to the Portfolio Team Manager and Corporate Secretary Managers.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Secretarial, Legal Compliance, or Corporate Administration roles.
• Previous hands-on experience with managing entities in Hong Kong.
• Familiarity with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.
• Proficient in English, with full fluency required.
• Experience in drafting essential corporate documentation, including resolutions and minutes.
• Proven experience in monitoring regulatory deadlines.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Capability to excel and maintain precision in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• ICSA qualification or GradCG status is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
• Willingness to undergo background checks, which may include education verification, criminal history, political exposure, and checks for bankruptcy or adverse credit history.
• Work from home five days a week.
