This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Execute consulting project tasks as a radiation therapy subject matter expert through medium- to long-term client engagements.

• Support clients with clinical operations, enhancing patient outcomes, improving patient care efficiencies, managing cost containment/reduction, and delivering customer value propositions.

• Analyze business processes and suggest process improvements.

• Document processes, identify issues, outline/design hardware and software, manage change, test strategies, determine training needs, and implement solutions.

• Assist in the creation and development of consultative services.

• Create metrics that demonstrate clinical, operational, and financial value.

• Facilitate product training and implementation through eLearning, onsite and remote training, and follow-up support.

• Act as a clinical resource for the SHS Varian Nova Scotia project implementation team, including content curation, product configuration, testing, and workflow management.

• Map current-state workflows to future-state workflows and conduct gap analysis.

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions through onsite and remote analysis and customer interviews.

• Convert workflow requirements into actionable technical configuration tasks in collaboration with the technical implementation team.

• Develop and implement customer-specific user adoption strategies and best practices.

• Provide onsite assistance during system Go-Live and the immediate post-Go-Live phases.

• Willingness to travel up to 75%.


⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Radiation Therapist or Certified Medical Dosimetrist.

• BSN/BS/BA in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven leadership experience in clinical operations, focusing on strategic and business planning, as well as financial and operational performance.

• Over 5 years of combined experience in an Oncology setting and with Healthcare Technology vendors.

• Preference for candidates residing in Nova Scotia.

• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

• Full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites.

• Must comply with applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may encompass valid identification, criminal background checks, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
