This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Evaluate programmed surveys against the corresponding questionnaires for precision and coherence.
• Validate survey logic, skip patterns, piping, randomization, quotas, calculations, and respondent flow.
• Perform soft-launch data assessments and identify potential programming or fieldwork challenges.
• Collaborate with researchers and programming vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Review and sanitize respondent-level data during fieldwork and at the conclusion of the study.
• Detect low-quality respondents, inconsistent answers, suspicious open ends, speeders, straightliners, and other data-quality issues.
• Examine unexpected data trends and troubleshoot programming, sampling, or data-processing problems.
• Assist with recodes, derived variables, banners, crosstabs, weighting, and significance testing.
• Assess data tables and outputs for precision and consistency.
• Populate PowerPoint presentations with survey data, including visualizations and tables.
• Verify bases, percentages, significance, calculations, and data labels.
• Conduct numerical quality control of client deliverables.
• Resolve discrepancies between raw data, tables, and reporting outputs.
• Prepare clean, analysis-ready data and outputs for research teams.
• Act as a central resource for quantitative research quality and technical execution.
• Develop and enhance standardized processes for program checking, data cleaning, reporting, and quality control.
• Identify opportunities to automate or optimize repetitive quantitative workflows.
• Acquire and utilize AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in market research, psychology, sociology, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships included).
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and writing abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (experience with survey or analytics tools is a plus).
• Capability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote setting.
