This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop proposals, protocols, and reports by conducting internet and literature searches.
• Execute literature reviews and summarize data from scientific publications.
• Engage in and supervise site recruitment, contracting, IRB submissions, site management, and training.
• Monitor enrollment and scheduling processes.
• Oversee data management, including entry and review.
• Aid in data analysis, qualitative coding, and the review of quantitative data tables.
• Conduct individual cognitive interviews and co-facilitate focus groups.
• Assemble data collection instruments.
• Retrieve epidemiological and clinical data.
• Perform model programming for substantial components of models.
• Delegate tasks and communicate effectively both within and outside the project team.
• Provide assistance with financial management.
• Support the implementation of simulation and decision-analytic models that evaluate the cost-effectiveness of healthcare interventions.
• Assist project managers across various projects.
• Draft sections of deliverables, which include reports, dossiers, protocols, and spreadsheets.
• Participate in the preparation of abstracts, manuscripts, and project proposals.
• Attend client meetings and prepare minutes from these meetings.
• Master’s Degree in a scientific discipline with a minimum of one year of experience in healthcare research; or a bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with at least two years of experience in healthcare research.
• Coursework in implementation science and/or experience with implementation science studies is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and/or directly related experience may be deemed sufficient.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of research methodologies.
• Fundamental knowledge of implementation science theories, models, frameworks, and/or behavioral theories, models, and frameworks.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
