Senior Research Analyst – Shopper Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Execute high-caliber quantitative and mixed-method research initiatives

• Oversee several projects at once while providing updates to Project Leads

• Cultivate client relationships and direct communications

• Contribute to the design and analysis of research

• Serve as the primary client liaison throughout the entire project lifecycle

• Create questionnaires, tab specifications, recruitment screeners, discussion guides, and research reports

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

• Assist fellow team members

• Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to craft clear, impactful narratives that address client objectives

• Develop preliminary reports and strategic recommendations in conjunction with senior colleagues

• Engage in presenting results to clients

• Identify enhancements for Explorer, the team, and accounts, including potential technology advancements

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Ontario, Canada

• Research professionals who have advanced beyond entry-level positions

• Proficiency in utilizing quantitative methodologies in an agency/client context

• Familiarity with various market research methodologies and their application to client requirements

• Proven history of analyzing data to derive relevant insights and actionable recommendations

• Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships

• Capability to convey insights to clients effectively

• Skill in balancing competing priorities and managing multiple projects at the same time

• Experience with qualitative research methodologies is advantageous but not mandatory
