📋 Description

• Oversee quantitative market research projects from initiation to completion.

• Manage relationships with clients, partners, and samples from healthcare professionals and consumers.

• Establish and verify survey links and redirects.

• Prepare and distribute samples.

• Execute quality control and auditing processes.

• Handle respondent inquiries and manage honorarium payments.

• Organize and facilitate project kick-off meetings.

• Ensure clarity on project specifications, client requirements, timelines, and responsibilities.

• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery, effective communication, and resolution of issues.

• Monitor productivity levels and the quality of data collection.

• Generate regular updates on project status and progress reports.

• Track and manage project expenses to stay within budget.

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve issues and enhance study performance.

• Work autonomously to support international teams within the company.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is preferred.

• Background in international online market research with a focus on healthcare.

• Experience in survey recruitment.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with all teams involved in projects.

• Knowledge of qualitative project management is advantageous.

• Strong communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive communication with clients.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience in planning project timelines.

• Capability to project estimated fieldwork completion for revenue forecasting.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Self-motivated with outstanding time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate incidence rates, response rates, honoraria amounts, and profit margins.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Quick to learn new technologies and software.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage several online research projects accurately and punctually in a fast-paced environment.

• The successful candidate must be available to work during EST hours.
