This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Support the Client Service team in the daily management of quantitative market research projects.
• Ensure timely project completion within budget, adhering to specifications and aligning with client expectations.
• Oversee all project tasks from start to finish, including link setup and testing, language requests, desk research, quality checks, study invitation setup, sample deployment, exclusion list management, M3 Wallet approvals, invoicing preparation, and cost reconciliation.
• Create, update, and monitor sample plans based on screener specifications.
• Conduct client pretest and pilot interviews.
• Identify and apply alternative fieldwork strategies to enhance response rates and manage costs effectively.
• Supervise and manage quantitative project partners throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Notify Project Managers about underperforming fieldwork strategies, potential timeline risks, and quality issues, while collaborating on solutions.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts with Custom Recruitment and Phone teams.
• Submit requests for various multichannel recruitment methods, including email campaigns, phone outreach, desk research, SMS, online ads, referral programs, forums, blogs, patient groups, associations, and social media.
• Provide final updates and cost summaries to partners prior to invoicing.
• Monitor, track, and report on sampling performance and project expenditures.
• Assist Project Managers with invoicing and finalizing projects.
• Participate in project meetings to ensure alignment on specifications, client needs, timelines, and assigned responsibilities.
• Record and distribute meeting notes and summaries.
• Address inquiries from the Support Team and other stakeholders.
• Assist Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Project Directors with administrative duties and fieldwork planning.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
• 0–1 year of experience in market research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of English grammar rules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Quick learner of new technologies and software.
• Basic mathematical skills, including calculating incidence rates, response rates, and profit.
• Interest, natural curiosity, or previous experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong critical thinking capabilities.
• Initiative to enhance skills and proactively troubleshoot alongside Project Managers.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Capability to meet study-specific and departmental goals.
• Self-motivated with the ability to reprioritize tasks throughout the workday.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and proficient multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work UK hours.
