This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Evaluate and analyze intricate financial models to pinpoint areas for efficiency and accuracy enhancements
• Examine investment data and extract insights regarding essential financial factors
• Implement technology solutions to optimize Excel workflows and minimize manual tasks
• Develop and maintain code that facilitates data ingestion and exportation between Excel files and databases
• Convert elements of Excel-based models into C# code for web applications
• Acquire knowledge of real estate equity and debt investment principles within financial models
• Test, document, and enhance existing models and processes
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to comprehend business goals and technical specifications
• Currently a junior undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution, graduating in 2028, pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or a current master's student, graduating in 2028, pursuing a graduate degree
• Must be enrolled as a student during the June–August 2027 internship program
• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.2
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel and Word
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Capable of adapting to various demands and changing priorities
• Ability to multitask while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail
